We understand that plans change, and sometimes you’ll need to cancel your order. If so, please do contact us at the earliest possible convenience.

Though we cannot make a guarantee to waive fees or refund payment, we are normally able to provide the following:

  • 100% of total fee waived for events cancelled seven days or more in advance.
  • 50% of total fee waived for events cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.
  • We unfortunately cannot offer a refund or waive any fees for events cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.

Refunds for unsatisfactory service

You are entitled to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the quality of our products or service, please contact us by phone or email to let us know where we’ve fallen short and the issue will be resolved however is best possible.
