Buffet N°4 – Sandwiches, salads, falafels, gyozas, cheese platter, charcuterie platter, crisps and cakes

This buffet contains:

• A mixed selection of mini-ciabatta sandwiches on La Chouquette bread.
• Two different salads : Tuna pasta salad and Mediterranean salad.
• Beetroot falafels with tzatziki sauce
• Selection of vegetable, chicken and duck gyozas with hoisin or sweet chilli dip
• Cheese platter (5 different cheeses) with olives, grapes and French baguettes
• Charcuterie platter (5 different charcuteries) with caramelised onions, pickles and French baguettes
• Crisps
• Cakes from Silver Apple Bakery Stockport

Each platter comes in an eco-friendly box/bowl and is labelled with its contents and allergens.
